Prior to entering insurance, he built his experience working in both retail and hospitality, where he developed strong communication skills, customer service experience, and a passion for helping people. Outside of work, Justin enjoys going to the gym, gaming, spending time with friends and family, and focusing on self-improvement and personal growth.
